The role of a Mortgage Broker is to liaise with lenders on your behalf and negotiate loan terms that are right for your personal circumstances.

To start the process, we'll need to meet and discuss your plans. At this meeting questions will be asked about your lifestyle, property goals and finance needs. We'll calculate how much you can afford to borrow and discuss available options.

Proof of your identity

Acceptable documents can include current passport, drivers license and medicare card.

Confirmation of Income

As applicable - two current payslips, rent receipts, centrelink documents, business financials and tax returns.

Other Information

As applicable - Council rates notices, credit card statement/s, mortgage and/or personal loan statements.

Living expenses

A detailed understanding of your current everyday living expenses is essential. Please download and complete our 'Indicative Living Expenses Form' to assist with this. Three months of your Every Day Transaction account will be requested to support this.
